Why Enclave
Maybe you already own the car — an exotic, a weekend racer, an inherited classic, or just a beautiful second car you don't drive enough — and your garage was never really built to protect it. Or maybe you've been circling the car you actually want for years, and the only thing standing between you and it has been one simple question: "Where would I even keep it?"
Enclave was founded by a lifelong Bay Area collector and enthusiast who couldn't find a facility here that got it right — so he built the one he wanted, and parked five of his own cars in it.
How it works
Most storage facilities run on reservations and valets — staff who park your car and retrieve it for you. It's framed as a convenience, but really it's so they can pack cars in as tightly as possible. That means someone is often shuffling five or six other cars — off lifts, out of tight rows — just to reach yours, and it means every car in the building gets moved by strangers regularly, not only when its own owner wants it out.
We built Enclave the opposite way: real space around every car, a clear path to drive straight to every single space, and only you ever drive it in or out. No reservation. No calling ahead. No waiting on someone else's shift. Whether you planned it or just got the urge, it's the same simple thing: walk in, get in your car, drive out, and be on your way.
Storage Options
Whether you have one precious car or a full collection, there's an Enclave option built to fit — from a single motorcycle spot up to your own private, multi-car bay.
A dedicated spot of its own — no more squeezing in around the lawnmower and the bikes nobody rides.
What we call "Standard" would be a premium space anywhere else — open floor space, all your own, no racks, never shared, and drivable in and out with no obstructions and no one else's car to move first.

More Than Storage
Enclave is as much a club as it is a garage — a welcoming, practical space built for more than just storing your car. The focal point is the members' lounge: comfortable seating, tables for working together, and a living-room setup for watching sports, movies, or races with other members and their guests.
A quiet business center offers desks for solo or group work, with high-speed wifi throughout, plus a break room with a self-serve coffee station, drinks, and snacks — handy for catering at events too. We're also close to neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants, so a visit to your car can turn into an afternoon. From time to time we'll host our own events — a detailing class, or an industry presentation — and we often open the space to local car clubs for their own meetings and gatherings.
Planned for late 2026: a members-only racing-sim lounge with state-of-the-art three-screen, motion-enabled simulators, so you can dial in your lines here before you ever turn a lap at a track day.
Location
Enclave's new 11,000-square-foot San Jose location is discreetly tucked into a quiet, tree-lined residential area — not a warehouse or industrial district — with easy access to multiple public transit lines, San Jose Airport, and every major Bay Area highway. We keep the exact address private for our members' security, but the map tells the real story: wherever you're driving from, you're close.
